The promises you hear on TV are <span style="text-decoration: underline;">absolutely</span> false. DON&#8217;T TRUST THEM! There is no such thing as spot fat removal, period. The only way to lose fat is by doing good cardio and proper nutrition. That means you can&#8217;t eat cheeseburgers every day, or eat your deep fried chicken from KFC!</p>
<p>Why do so many people buy exercise equipment that promise to target &#8220;problem&#8221; areas?? They are just wasting their money. When you eat a lot of unhealthy food, can you tell your body where to stuff the fat? I don&#8217;t think so. So what makes you think you can tell your body where to get rid of the fat first? Your body will decide on its own where it will reduce your fat as you exercise &#8211; its that simple. A bit of good cardio that elevates your heart rate for about 40 minutes a day will get you fit &#8211; no machinery necessary.  If you wish to exercise indoors, you may do so but remember &#8211; NO machine will TARGET certain areas. There&#8217;s no point in buying machinery that will &#8220;get rid of your love handles&#8221; or your &#8220;man boobs&#8221;, these promises are just false and never work. If you really wish to spend some money, then buy a nutritional guide, maybe a software package to keep track of your calories or even a workout guide that puts you through a system of workouts &#8211; not an expensive machine that will do NOTHING for you. As for quick weight loss, you can lose weight fast if you are determined, this doesn&#8217;t mean that it will happen instantly but it all depends on your effort and persistence, especially when it comes to nutrition. The sooner you realize that there are no shortcuts in life, the sooner you will be on your way to a <em>healthy, positive, happy</em> you.</p>

<p>I decided to go to the beach today. I don&#8217;t have a whole lot of confidence with my body just yet because I&#8217;ve been out to lose some weight. Nevertheless I decided to go just to get out of the house. The reason I am telling you all this is because I ended up walking around for about 45 minutes going from my car and looking around at all the shops at Hermosa Beach, CA. So what&#8230; well, I checked my heart rate and it was up at about 133 beats per minute versus the standard 80 &#8211; I was getting a WORKOUT!</p>
<p>You can also get a workout just by walking around. Now&#8230; before you say anything, I walked up and down hills and at an increased pace than most people.  I walk fast, thats just how I walk. With this in mind, if you ever wanted to get a workout, believe it or not it only takes 20 minutes of elevated heart rate to get your body a workout. If you&#8217;re out to lose some weight (especially to get fit for the summer beach season) you will want to walk around fast for about 45-60 minutes. Although heart rate necessary to produce a workout changes for various age groups, you couldn&#8217;t go wrong raising it by 40 from your regular pace. Of course my body is different from everyone else and you should really see your doctor before you do anything I mention above. As far as I know fast walking hasn&#8217;t hurt anyone unless you have some sort of a condition.</p>
<p>Point being, you don&#8217;t need to lift weights to get fit! In fact, lifting weights is not necessary at all! If you are out to gain muscle then by all means lifting is a necessity but if you&#8217;re just out to lose some pounds especially that annoying belly fat then you should consider doing some cardio. Running, jogging, fast-paced walking, jump rope, swimming, biking, playing sports are just some of the activities you can do.  Multiply your regular workout by 5 times (5 days a week) and you are sure to see some results, believe me! I will be listing some more information on target heart rate (THR) for individual groups later. Most of this information is available over the internet through some simple searching around.</p>
<p>Who said exercise had to be boring? Go to the beach, stroll along the shoreline, play some volleyball &#8211; the options are limitless as long as your heart rate is elevated for at least 20 minutes without any breaks or interruptions. Combine your fun activities with proper nutrition and look no further for awesome results.</p>

Just take a look at the countless number of ads you will see on their page! Go ahead and google &#8220;quick weight loss&#8221; right now and check out the top three results. You can even continue to page 2 and 3 but as you might now find&#8230; the sites are either 1. Trying to sell you something or 2. Trying to get you to click their ads so they can make some money. Be careful about what those websites say that claim to have real people with before and after images. They are more likely advertising a product and care not about you or your struggles with losing weight. Only a few select sites will actually offer you honest <a href="http://learnhowtoloseweight.net/weight-loss-tips" target="_blank">weight loss tips</a>.</p>
<p>Real people who have seen results will not get you to buy things, they will not promote products, they only want to share their storry with you and this is very important to understand. Be skeptical of what others write about products and only go with them only if you do your research and find out if they work. Some people sound very convincing and will have you buy anything by the time you read through a page that talks about a product. Heck, I&#8217;ve found many like that and have been tempted to buy useless crap myself. The truth is, if there is a product that claims to provide real results, then there are most likely large numbers of people who have tried this product and have testified somewhere on the internet about its true effect.</p>
<p>As you may notice I have some banners in the top corner that point to various products, however these are not advertisements. These products are purely a review of what I have tried and what I am willing to tell you about &#8211; whether or not you purchase anything is entirely up to you! If you feel like you&#8217;re getting confident, truthful answers from websites that are filled with junky advertisements then all I can say is good luck! There are very few people who care about how you look or how you feel and their sole purpose of creating a page on the internet is to lure your sad self into buying something in hopes of seeing dramatic results &#8211; but deep inside you know the truth.</p>
<p>I just wanted to finish by saying that it helps to research something before buying it. Some people will post honest reviews of products in order to help those who tend to throw money down the drain on useless junk. Take your time and look to see what others say before you fall for the wise marketer&#8217;s tricks.</p>
