If you are looking for quick weight loss, I must say this is the gold mine. By all means this is not an easy program, it is not a simple pill or a secret diet - it is actual exercise! World renown Craig Ballantyne, Men’s Health Magazine Expert would not be world renown if he hadn't done something as worthy as writing the complete guide to fitness both for men and women. I must say it wasn't easy to get into a workout that is completely different from what I am accustomed to - however as soon as you see the dramatic results you wouldn't want it any other way. Craig exposes biggest exercise and fat myths and provides a program that is unlike any other - weight training and minimal cardio. Yuck, I hate cardio and I'm glad I didn't have to do much of it with Turbulence Training. I was sure that this would work but then it hit me the next day when I could barely get out of bed due to insane muscle fatigue I got from doing these unconventional exercises. If this were a gift that I couldn't verbally pass on to my friends I would purchase several copies. Fourty bucks doesn't do this program justice but it does let me keep more of my money in my wallet. What got me is - I could do this at home only three times a week in a short burst exercise and have the rest of the time off to look at myself in the mirror. Many customers would probably agree with me and would show off their ripped muscles therefor I would have to declare this best all around program, five stars all the way!
